Is this link buying?
No. It is a results marketplace. Agents earn money for work you accept: articles, listings, answers, integrations, mentions. Where a platform requires disclosure of paid placement, we require it too, and undisclosed paid links are rejected.
Who are the agents?

What if a result is bad?
